HAUTEBUTCH Priority and Express Mail domestic and international shipping via USPS based on the option you select during checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order according to current rates of United States Postal Service.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 3pm Pacific Time will be processed within 24-48 hours.

For returns/exchanges, contact us at returns@hautebutch.com. Within 24 hours after contacting us, you will receive an email with a return/exchange slip that must be included with your return. Package should be sent within 14 days of receipt to:

HAUTEBUTCH does not accept responsibility for lost packages and recommends you use a shipping method with tracking and/or proof of delivery.

Returns deemed eligible for refund will be processed as soon as possible, with the funds being issued to the payment method used for purchase and email confirmation sent to the email address used to place the order.

- Items must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, or damaged. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags and gift boxes.

- Returns deemed eligible for full refund will be processed as soon as possible, with the funds being issued as a store credit or back to the payment method used for purchase. Email confirmation will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

- Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while creating your return or by contacting our Customer Support. We will also issue a full refund including shipping charges if refund is issued as a store credit.

*We recommend trying on your new shoes over a carpeted surface to avoid scuffs or damage.
Sale items may only be exchanged for another item or store credit.

*Final Sale/Clearance items may not be refunded, they may be exchanged for store credit only.

Yes, we do. International shipping rates are calculated by the United States Postal Service (USPS) based on shipping location and package weight.Shipping may be calculated on your purchase prior to completion of the order.

We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to assist us in preventing unauthorized access, maintaining data accuracy, and correctly using your personal information and maintaining your privacy as indicated by our privacy policy.

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse a shipment upon delivery). We will ship your packages DDU (“Duties and Taxes Unpaid”). We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear Customs.
